Patrick
ROLLING THUNDER

Patrick Johnson has been tearing up the drum scene for decades! His speed metal background as well as his resume' of other music projects has brought him full circle into a new movement of music for the Kingdom. Born and raised south of Seattle in Washington state, he grew up in a music scene that wasn't quite the same as the redneck honky tonk southern US scene that he discovered when arriving in the Carolina's many years ago. When he met Stiff on a chicken farm one day and they began talking music stuff they didn't think they had much in common except the desire to play live. But when the conversation turned to the Bible, Stiff simply gave Patrick a copy and said "read it for yourself". After reading it cover to cover and experiencing several life changing seasons, Patrick decided that he would always be an excellent drummer. Therefore he put drums on hold to learn how to be an excellent man while leaning on the Lord for guidance. Well God honored that and several years later he crossed paths with Stiff again who had practically done the same thing in his own life. They decided to join forces and use these "gifts" to make a difference rather than make aimless noise, and now the Kingdom crush begins as this new drummer marches into the trenches thundering out beats and rhythms, swinging at the enemy indeed. He's the "umph" to this Kingdom quartet called Apprehended Ones.
